What is a Government Telephone Operator?

Government Telephone Operators (OPS/TO) manage switchboards, intercoms and telephone systems in Jamaica’s government offices, ensuring calls are efficiently routed and providing a professional first point of contact. The four-grade series (TO 1–4) spans Pay Bands 3–4.
