What is a Court Administrator in Jamaica’s Civil Service?
Court Administrators manage the administrative, logistical and records functions that keep Jamaica’s court system operational. Working under the Judiciary of Jamaica and the Ministry of Justice, they ensure court registries are properly maintained, case management systems are current, and hearings proceed smoothly. The Court Administration Series (GMG/CAS) has three grade levels — CAS 1 through CAS 3 — spanning Pay Bands 8 and 9.
