- BArch (UTech or Caribbean School of Architecture, UWI)
- 5 CXC/CSEC including Maths, English & Technical Drawing
- 2 years post-graduate professional experience required for ARB

- ARB registration (mandatory for independent practice)
- LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP)
