Records Information Managers (PIDG/RIM) handle the day-to-day management of government records across ministries, agencies and public bodies. The series runs from RIM 1 (Pay Band 3) to RIM 5 (Pay Band 7), with entry accessible to certificate holders and senior grades requiring degree-level qualifications.

Qualifications & Entry Requirements
- RIM 1: 4–5 CXC passes; HEART Level 2 in Office Administration or Records Management
- RIM 2–3: Certificate or Diploma in Records/Information Management
- RIM 4–5: Associate Degree or First Degree in Library/Information Studies or Records Management
- Experience with EDRMS (Electronic Document and Records Management Systems) valued
